1. Use of Service

By accessing and using Aphor Subconscious Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service provides digital audio content, guided hypnotherapy sessions, educational courses, and related materials for personal use. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Digital Products

Aphor Subconscious Studio offers digital products including but not limited to guided hypnotherapy sessions, meditation audio files, downloadable workbooks, and online courses. All digital products are delivered electronically and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, copy, or make publicly available any digital products purchased or accessed through the Service without prior written consent from Aphor Subconscious Studio.

3. Refund Policy

Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

For one-time course purchases, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided that no more than 30% of the course content has been accessed. Refund requests should be directed to hello@subconsciousstudio.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Aphor Subconscious Studio — including audio recordings, written scripts, course materials, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of Aphor Subconscious Studio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal purposes in accordance with your membership or purchase. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, or create derivative works.

5. Disclaimer

The content provided by Aphor Subconscious Studio is for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Our sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aphor Subconscious Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aphor Subconscious Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Aphor Subconscious Studio's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Aphor Subconscious Studio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
