Sophia's gentle, spacious voice and deep understanding of both mindfulness and child development make her the perfect guide for young listeners. Her sessions use the same Ericksonian principles as our adult sessions, adapted with playful stories, nature metaphors, and age-appropriate pacing.

A Note for Parents

Our children's sessions use gentle Ericksonian hypnotherapy techniques adapted specifically for young minds. These are not "hypnosis" in the way movies portray it — there is no loss of control. Instead, think of these as guided imagination exercises that help children access their natural capacity for calm, confidence, and emotional understanding.

We recommend: Listening together the first time so your child feels safe and supported. After that, many children enjoy listening independently as part of their bedtime routine or quiet time.

Best practices: Use in a quiet, comfortable space. Headphones are optional for children — speaker playback works well too. Sessions can be replayed as often as your child likes. Repetition deepens the benefits.
